What is your seated and standing maximum guest count? 

 

The main ball room on the main floor is 12,000sf and can comfortably seat 500 or 1000 standing. The room can be sectioned to accommodate  smaller groups.  We also have a lower level speak easy lounge that can accommodate 150 seated and 300 standing. The Lower Level Lounge has a full bar and wash rooms for convenience. 

 

How long is the rental period?  

 

12 hours. Access starts at 12 noon and once your event starts, you can host up to a 6 hour soirée on Saturdays and Sundays and up to six hours Monday-Friday.  Most events stop at midnight.  If you need a later end time, please discuss the details with your booking agent to discuss the details.  

 

Do you have a preferred list of caterers and vendors?

 

You can hire anyone you’d like, as long as they are properly licensed and insured. We’re happy to provide you with some  of our favorites. ie.  Good To Go Jamaican Cuisine, Butter & Vine, Food For Thought, Zelda's, Greenspoon & Cocina Fusion.

 

Do you have parking?

 

Yes, complimentary parking lot adjacent to the building plus we can provide our preferred valet vendor if more spaces are needed.  There is plenty of readily available street parking plus 2 additional city of Evanston parking lots across the street.  

 

Do you have bar packages?

 

Yes we do have bar packages ranging from $12pp for non alcoholic beverages up to $45pp for top shelf liquors and mixed drinks.  Or we can customize a package to meet your budget.
